Our Humble Beginnings

Established in 2010, the journey of Cherrywood (formerly Sammy’s Catering) began with Chef Samantha Duplessis and her signature homemade pastries, famously delivered in iconic pink boxes. While honing her craft through formal culinary education and diverse industry experience, Samantha’s vision expanded far beyond confections. Today, the company has evolved into a premier, full-service catering operation and the exclusive in-house provider for ADMP Events.

We pride ourselves on culinary versatility, tailoring our menus to suit the unique atmosphere of every occasion. From the refined sophistication of elegant cocktail parties to the relaxed tradition of a backyard BBQ, or even curated family meal services, our mission remains the same: to deliver excellence through premium ingredients and impeccable service.
